Real estate studio based in Paso de los Toros, a city in the interior of Uruguay, led by two women with a contemporary and committed vision. The goal was to create a visual identity that felt bold and refined.
The logo design features clean, delicate lines and typographic details with meaning: the extended “X” evokes growth and expansion, while the “A” subtly resembles a gabled roof, symbolizing home and shelter. The color palette — black and orange — brings strength, warmth, and personality. The brand also incorporates aerial imagery of Paso de los Toros to highlight its architectural beauty, including iconic landmarks like the city’s church, a key element of local identity. The result is a modern and character-driven brand that honors both the professional values of the studio and the charm of the city it calls home.
